Maggi Spicy mixed Fried Rice 🍚


This recipe is One of my fusion recipe to add a different taste in everyday life.

Ingredients

1 Maggie noodles
1.5 cup chinigura rice
2 packets Maggi shaad e magic masala
1 large boiled egg chopped in small pieces
1/2 cup Julian cut chicken
Soya sauce as required
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Tomato sauce as required
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
2 cardamom
2 bay leafs
Oil as required
2-3 green chillies
1 teaspoon ghee
1 large chopped onion
Salt as required
For chicken Marination: put the chicken into a bowl. Add lemon juice, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, salt as required, 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce,1/2 teaspoon tomato sauce and 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar. Mix it and keep it for Marination minimum half an hour. Keep it aside.
Take a frypan, put some oil and heat it on stove. Put the marinated chicken and fry it in a medium flame for 3 minutes. Now stop the flame and put the fried chicken aside. Take one large boiled egg and chop it. Keep it aside.
Now, take a pan put 3 cup water and put 1 teaspoon oil,2 cardamom and 2 bay leafs into it. Put it on the stove and heat it till the water began to boil. Now, add 1.5 cup chinigura rice into it and boil in a medium flame till the rice become 70% cooked, put 1 packet of Maggi into it and boil till rice become 90% cooked. Then stop the flame and drain water from the rice and Maggi mixchure.keep it aside.
Take another frypan, put some oil and heat it on stove. Put chopped onion with salt if required. Put 2 teaspoon soya sauce with 1.5 teaspoon tomato sauce. Add 2 packets of Maggi masala magic with 1/4 cup water into it. After 2-3 minute frying in high flame, put the fried chicken into it and stir fry it more 1 munite.
Put all the boiled noodles and rice mixcure into it and give it a perfect mix. Fry it in a medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Now add chopped boiled egg with 2-3 green chillies. Spread 1 teaspoon ghee on the top. Cook it more 2 minutes coveing the pan.
Maggi Spicy mixed Fried Rice is ready. Serve it hot with hot tomato sauce or chutney and enjoy my authentic fusion delicacy.
