Deep fried Chicken Suslick
Deep fried chicken suslick is an ideal evening snack in rainy season. It's very easy to prepare. Let's cook.
Ingrediants
- For Suslick:
- 400 gram cube cut boneless chicken
- 8 Pisces wood sticks
- 1 carot cut in cube
- Green, red and yellow capsicum
- Onion 4 pieces cut in cube
- For the Marination:
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black paper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- For coating:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Oil for frying
Steps
Marinate the chicken cubes, carrot cubes, capsicum cubes, onion cubes in all the ingredients which are required for the marination and marinate for 10 mins.
Also soak your wood sticks in water for 10 minutes. after 10 mins thread the chicken cubes, capsicum,carrot and onion cubes in it. Repeat and fill all your sticks.
In a bowl add flour, cornstarch,some water and remaining marinated sauce and mix it well. Make a thick paste for the coating of suslick.
Heat a deep fry pan with the oil for deep frying. Now dip the suslick in the thick paste and then coat well in the mixture.
Fry the each suslick in the oil until brown and crisp.
