Chicken Broccoli (fusion recipe in my style)

There’s nothing better than a quick and easy dinner recipe for when you don’t have a lot of time to cook, and this Chicken Broccoli recipe with my fusion definitely fits the bill.
This dish tastes like something you’d order at a Chinese restaurant, except it’s better for you and cheaper.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup small chopped chicken
  2. 1/2 cup broccoli
  3. 1/2 cup cauliflower
  4. 2 tablespoon chopped onions
  5. 3-4 pieces green chillies
  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  7. 2 teaspoons soya sauce
  8. 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  9. 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  10. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  11. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  12. 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  13. 1/3 cup chopped potatoes
  14. Salt as required

Steps

  1. Chop Cauliflower, broccoli and potatoes into medium pieces. Wash them with clean water and boil 70% on stove. After boiling keep them aside.

  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces, wash them and drain water from it. Add salt as required, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste and marinate for half an hour.Keep it aside.

  3. Take a frypan, put some olive oil and heat it on stove. Put the marinated chicken and fry for 3 munites.Now put chopped onions and Green chillies with salt and fry untill onions become light brown.

  4. Now put tomato sauce, soya sauce and fish sauce into it and fry for more 2 minutes. Now put boiled broccoli, cauliflower and potatoes into it and stir fry for five minutes.

  5. Chicken Broccoli is ready. Serve it with rice, bread,rumali roti and paratha. Enjoy 💚
